NCEES Model Law on Surveying GIS/LIS Addendum to the Model Law
The full texts of the NCEES Model Law on Surveying and the GIS/LIS Addendum to the Model Law are now available. These reports were a result of a multi-organizational Task Force, of which ACSM was a part. Given the importance of these two documents to all practicing surveyors and GIS/LIS experts, both documents were published in the March issue of Surveying and Land Information Systems (vol. 61, no. 1), together with four articles that provide private views on some of the issues addressed by the Law.
